Simon Bartel has worked with, and was trained by, some of Australia's top chefs, including Michael Lambie and Paul Raynor, at the acclaimed Stokehouse Restaurant in St Kilda. He spent four years as sous chef perfecting his skills.
Simon also took on the more challenging role as Head Chef at Price Waterhouse Coopers for senior partners, as well as the role of head chef at Cooper and Milla's Fine Food Store in Armadale and opening their second store on Malvern Road, Hawksburn.
Simon has appeared on the Today Show and Good Morning Australia and has cooked for celebrities such as Kylie Minogue, Tracey Grimshaw and even Kath & Kim.
